Colors shape our lives, influence our moods, bring out the best in us, or put a distance between us and people who come in contact with us.

Color is the most immediate of all the elements of art.  It demands attention; inspires the senses of smell, touch, and even sound; invokes emotions; and opens doors to memories.  We put colors in our art and on ourselves as works of art – telling stories of our moods, psychological beings, and behavioral traits.

What colors do you like?  What colors do a person you know like?  Why?  We’re all unexplainably attracted to certain colors, just like how we are attracted to certain personalities.

How do you know if a person is ambitious, is careful, or is reliable?  What kind of image do you want to project to each of these personalities?

Understanding the Psychology of Colors allows us to read others’ personalities, and make quicker, more accurate decisions when communicating with others, through our physical selves or our work.  It grants that advantage in helping us concoct our winning color combinations.
