"UP YOUR IMAGE Quotient" Contest

Magic Makeover Contest (herein called “The Contest”) is organized by SWET Advancement Centre Sdn Bhd (herein known as “SWET”).
This Contest is open to all Malaysians aged 21 and above (the “Participants”).
The Contest commences on 18 November 2009 and will end on 28 February 2010 or for the 1st 100 participants whichever shall be achieved earlier. The participants must have signed up and paid in full the amount as stated in the promotional flyer to attend the event, UP YOUR IMAGE QUOTIENT on 17 & 18 April 2010 (“Contest Period”). SWET reserves the right to change the duration of the Contest Period if it is deemed necessary.
The following explains the mechanics of the Contest :

Sign up a RM360 package as a participant of UP YOUR IMAGE QUOTIENT workshop on 17 & 18 April 2010 (herein referred to as “The Workshop”);
Logon to www.swet.com.my
Answer a few questions sincerely.

Four (4) Prizes to be won :

Each prize consists of :

1 shopping Voucher worth RM360;
A makeover by SWET Image Professionals on the day of The Workshop

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Prizes stated herein ;-

The Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or kind.
Shopping Voucher must be used on the date specified by SWET; The prize winners are responsible to turn up at the shopping venue specified by SWET at their own cost and expense.
SWET reserves the right to select the makeover items for the winners and use the Prize as payment towards the selected purchase; SWET reserves the right to request documentation or written proof of the winner’s identity, age and address prior to the winners collecting his/her Prize.
The winners may be featured in any promotional material or publicity event in conjunction with the Contest without any remuneration or reward whatsoever. The winners must be present at The Workshop to collect their selected makeover items on 17 & 18 April 2010.
SWET will not be liable and/or responsible for any additional cost or expense that may be incurred by the winners and which directly relates to the Prize. All these shall be borne by the winners themselves.
SWET reserves the right to change, amend and/or vary the mechanics of this Contest and/or the conditions pertaining to the Prizes at its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice.
By participating in this Contest, all contestants hereby irrevocably and unconditionally undertake to fully absolve SWET of all liabilities and agree to indemnify SWET (on a full indemnity basis) and hold SWET harmless against any claim by any third party and against any loss, damage, cost or expense (including solicitors’ fees and cost) that SWET may suffer or incur as a result of or in connection with the Contest and the Prize.
SWET may at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify/reject any winner who does not comply with the above terms and conditions of the Contest/Prize.
SWET shall not be liable and/or responsible for the transportation cost pertaining to the collection and/or delivery of the Prize, any expenses incurred by any travel arrangements, accommodations of the winners and/or any other related costs thereof. All these cost shall be borne by the winners themselves.
All decisions made by the judges of the Contest are final and conclusive. Any subsequent correspondences, protests, appeals or enquiries will NOT be entertained. The selection of winners shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of SWET.
